EDGING out some of New York’s and London’s best hotels to claim Hotels.com’s title of the world’s ‘most-loved’ luxury hotel is W Taipei, a 5-star property in the district of Xinyi.
In typical W fashion, the hotel is decked out in playful furniture, and all 405 rooms are adorned with the brand’s signature W bed.

The property is also popular for its sweeping views of the Taipei skyline, including that of the iconic Taipei 101 from the Spectacular Room.
The Extreme Wow Suite is considered to be one of the largest suites in all of Taiwan and is built like a stylish loft overlooking the Taipei 101 and its surrounding structures.
The suite’s living area is equipped with a projector, a Bang and Olufsen 55″ LCD TV and sound system, an iPod docking and media hub. Art pieces are scattered about the room.
