Over the weekend, Disney raised its ticket prices again, and Disneyland annual pass holders saw the biggest bump.
Most single-day tickets at the Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World in Florida are more expensive, too.
The Disneyland Deluxe Annual Pass and the Disneyland Signature Annual Pass rose nearly 18%, to $729 from $619 and to $999 from $849, respectively, according to a detailed breakdown on the Theme Park Insider blog .
All the other annual passes, both at Disneyland and Disney World, rose between 5% and 9%.
Last year, Disney implemented tiered pricing that categorized one-day park tickets as having “value,” “regular” and “peak” rates for different days of the year. Disney has raised peak rates the most this year.
At Disneyland, value tickets remained steady at $97, and peak tickets increased nearly 9% from $124 to $135. The value one-day Park Hopper tickets at Disneyland, which allow entrance into the Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure parks, dropped from $157 to $147.
Peak one-day tickets for Disney World’s Magic Kingdom went up 4%, from $124 to $129.
Calendars are available on both the Disneyland and Disney World websites that indicate which days are value, regular and peak, with peak days generally including the busy holiday periods.
Park ticket increases have been an annual occurrence at the Disney parks going back decades.

Ridiculous. It is impossible to take 3 kids there. And even if you can do it, you have to spend a fortune. I think there might be some greed at work here.
