The flight, on an Airbus A330-200, will operate on Thursdays and Sundays. It will feature a two-class configuration of premium and economy classes.
One-way economy tickets start at $279.99 and premium tickets start at $419.99. Thomas Cooke will compete against Virgin Atlantic on the route.
