THROUGHOUT MEXICO, thousands of “pro-family” groups recently protested, sparked by Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto proposed constitutional reform that favors same-sex marriage.
At one intense march in Celaya, Guanajuato, a 12-year-old boy was photographed standing strongly right in the middle of the street in an attempt to block 11,000 anti-gays from moving forward.
Journalist Manuel Rodriguez captured the image and said, “At first I thought the child was only playing.” But he interviewed the child later, who said, “I have an uncle who is gay and I hate the hatred.”
