Icelandic ultra-low-cost carrier Wow Air will begin flying to Pittsburgh next June.
The flights, which begin June 16, will operate on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Wow will use a 220-seat Airbus A321 aircraft on the Reykjavik-Pittsburgh route. The distance between rows, known as the pitch, will be 30 inches for a standard seat and 34 inches for upgraded seats, which cost $40.99 extra when booked in advance.
Pittsburgh is the seventh U.S. destination for Wow, which specializes in connecting transatlantic fliers through Iceland, where they can stop over for free.
The carrier launched its first U.S. service in Baltimore in May 2015.
One-way tickets between Reykjavik and Pittsburgh went on sale Monday starting at $99.
