From September 1 to 6, The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille in northern Kenya’s Laikipia region, will host a yoga week for guests at the safari lodge.
The five-night retreat, facilitated by the Africa Yoga Project, encompasses spa treatment, game drives, archery, meditations by lamplight, hiking up Lentille, visits to the local market, bush walks, and, of course, many yoga sessions.
Guests will also have the opportunity to assist the yoga instructors to give yoga lessons to children at local schools.
Yoga will be guided in accordance with the group needs, but will include a variety of Hatha yoga (including Yin and Vinyasa Flow); and may also include Power yoga or Acroyoga.
