In April 2017, Dresden will open a new concert hall for the Dresden Philharmonic in the completely converted Kulturpalast. Protected as a historic monument, the shell of the original 1969 building, including its “The Path of the Red Flag” mural, has been preserved, uniting history and the modern world in one beautiful venue.
