Ivan Kuznetsov is a 20-year-old Russian urban explorer or, in his words, a “rooftopper.” He decided to take the stairs up the Eiffel Tower early in the morning, and then climbed over the fence and climbed up the world famous structure while his friend shot footage of him from a drone.
