Its 150-meter-long glass-bottomed sightseeing corridor on the upper ball, which offers a 360-degree view of Shanghai, is a must-visit.
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Petronas Twin Towers Skybridge
There is little doubt that the Petronas Twin Towers, one of the tallest twin towers in the world, is an architectural wonder.
And those visiting the towers may score a chance to see and walk in one of tallest skybridges in the world.
The double-decker bridge connects the two towers on the 41st and 42nd floors, designed to slide in and out of the towers to prevent it from breaking.
Zhangjiajie, China: Tianmen Skywalk
Tianmen, which means “heavenly gate,” towers over the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in China.
It is home to a terrifying glass walkway called the “Coiling Dragon Cliff” which sits 4,7000 feet up the mountain.
The bridge slithers around the mountain for 200 feet, offering dramatic views of the mountainous summits and dense foliage underneath.
Penang, Malaysia: Rainbow Skywalk
Located on the sunny island of Penang is Kompleks Tun Abdul Razak (KOMTAR), Penang’s tallest building since 1985.
Recently, the building acquired a new addition which will put your acrophobic dizziness to a real test – the Rainbow Skywalk.
It is a semi-circle glass path which using the same glass flooring as America’s Grand Canyon Skywalk and juts several meters out of the KOMTAR.
Hong Kong, China: Ngong Ping 360
Getting on a cable car can be a daunting experience because it feels like your life is hanging on a “thread” (cable).
But in Hong Kong, the experience is turned up a notch with the Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride, the first of its kind in the territory.
Its crystal cabin has a glass bottom gives riders a thrilling view of the boundless sea and the rolling grassland slopes right underneath their feet.
