Billion Group is a property development and investment company. It’s current portfolio shopping malls including Forest Hill City in Centurion, BT Ngebs City in Mthatha and Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth. The Mayfair Hotel is the group’s first hotel.
The Mayfair Hotel has 88 standard rooms, two executive rooms, one presidential suite and a penthouse. There are two large boardrooms, a wedding venue and function space, as well as a terrace used as a breakaway space.
The hotel is located within the confines of the BT Ngebs Mall and is in proximity to the central city area with transport links to local amenities and a 20-30 minute drive from the airport.
