    That is GREAT news. I don’t like to pay to fly and sit next to some stinking animal. If they must travel, put them in storage, not in the cabin, and charge an appropriate fee. I have to pay for luggage, and pets are “luggage.”

      While I agree this is a good change and they should pay the appropriate fee, that’s a sad statement you feel that pets are luggage. They are living creatures and should be treated better than luggage. I’ve flown next to many animals, and kids and humans have proved to have more foul smells than a tiny animal on the plane. I do believe they should be charged to bring a pet on the flight, so we agree there. It just made me sad to see the hatred you seem to have for animals. Hopefully you do have a heart and this just sounded worse than it was meant.
