Belmond, the London-headquartered hospitality group recently completed their annual roadshow in India. This was the company’s second annual roadshow in the country that covered Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai through a series of trade events as well as media interactions.
Belmond Sales delegation was led by Shane Arrold, Regional Director of Sales – Asia Pacific and included representatives from Cape Town, Brazil, Asia, Russia and Italy. The trade turned up in good numbers to interact with the Belmond team and gain insights into various products including luxury hotels, trains, cruises and safaris.
The media interactions, on the other hand, were headed by Maria Kuhn, Belmond’s Corporate Director of Communications where she revealed Belmond’s strategic plan which is focused on three key areas: driving top-line growth and bottom-line results, continuing to build brand awareness, and expanding the Company’s global footprint. The strategic plan projects that the company will double in size by 2020.
